The Idaho System of Care (ISOC) was developed to help children with behavioral and emotional disorders get the care they need so they can have happier and healthier relationships with their family, school, and community.

Under the system of care, all the resources in a community — from child-serving organizations to local children’s mental health councils, work together, as directed by
the parents, to develop a course of treatment that’s right for the child and can be followed in the community.

It is a partnership that works because it is focused on the child and is driven by the parents.
